My son and I had our 6 month cleaning appointments at the same time with separate hygienist. They were ready for us upon arrival and we finished just behind one another. It’s always a welcoming, friendly environment from the front desk with Liz to our final examinations with Dr.Boyles. Specific treatment plans with estimated costs are always provided along with future appointments scheduled.

Also, if you or your children have any level of anxiety related to dental work, they are excellent at helping with that and offer nitrous whenever needed. Great bedside manner. Great staff. These folks will go the extra mile for you both in terms of care, scheduling and with handling multiple insurances. It feels more like a small town dentist office rather than one located in the heart of Raleigh. If there is something Dr. Boyles isn’t 100 percent comfortable doing he will refer you to a specialist whom he personally trusts. However, he can handle most general dentistry needs in house, and his office is outfitted with some of the latest dental tech available.
